Biography

Dr. Katy Crisp grew up in the foothills of North Carolina and first learned about the field of audiology through a program in high school.  She immediately knew she wanted to dedicate her life to helping people with hearing disorders.  Dr. Crisp is a cum laude graduate of Appalachian State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She was then awarded her Doctor of Audiology degree at East Tennessee State.

My goal is to help patients with hearing challenges experience an overall improvement in their lives, from being able to hear and participate in conversations, to simply enjoying the sounds of birds in the backyard again.

At CornerStone Ear, Nose & Throat, Dr. Crisp provides comprehensive audiology care, including hearing examinations and supporting services to improve hearing for adults and children. This includes answering patients’ questions and helping every patient enjoy the full benefit of hearing aids through proper fitting and adjustments.
